ATTIA is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, subject to the Australian Corporations Act and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act.
ATTIA operates as a charity with voting and non-voting members.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Associate Member
(non-voting)
A natural person or entity from any country that is involved in the sale or marketing of 100% pure Australian tea tree oil or products which contain it.
Non-Producer Member
(voting)
A natural person or entity, domiciled and operating in Australia, that is involved in the sale, marketing, or export of 100% pure Australian tea tree oil or products which contain it.
Producer Member
(voting)
A natural person or entity, domiciled and operating in Australia, that is involved in the production of 100% pure Australian tea tree oil for sale or export.
CERTIFICATION
Members can be certified via regular audits to comply with the ATTIA Code of Practice,
a stringent mandatory requirement that ensures the quality and safety of 100% pure Australian tea tree oil.
The certification Trustmark indicates that a product has been produced to the highest industry standards for tea tree oil in the world.
Certified Members
A natural person or entity from any country, that is a member of ATTIA and guarantees via regular audits to produce, manufacture with, or sell only ATTIA Code of Practice certified 100% pure Australian tea tree oil.
Certified Members can request board approval to use the 100% pure Australian tea tree oil Trustmark on their packaging and promotional material.
